A results-driven project manager and real estate development specialist with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing) and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the College of Architecture and Planning at King Saud University. An affiliate member of the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (Real Estate Branch) with over 7 years of professional experience spanning real estate development, facility management, construction, project management, and technical/legal claims and arbitration based on local regulations and FIDIC conditions. My expertise includes architectural fit-out supervision, financial analysis of construction projects, and property valuation. I’ve led diverse projects across the construction, renovation, and fit-out sectors, including residential buildings, office spaces, and public healthcare facilities. I focus on regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and ensuring project delivery within budget and schedule. Proficient in feasibility studies and urban planning aligned with Saudi regulations and international standards. Well-versed in FIDIC contracts and local construction disputes. My research interests include real estate and urban design, land use planning, infrastructure networks, public-private development agreements, and construction management.
Previously served as Head of Facility Management at First Construction Company, where I oversaw operations across Riyadh and the Eastern Province, implemented performance KPIs, and aligned maintenance schedules with ISO-9001 standards for multiple residential compounds and leading retail and F&B chains such as SALT, Joe & The Juice, PUBLIC, and SOMEWHERE. Currently working as an independent consultant in project management, facility management, and real estate development. My strengths lie in coordinating masterplan designs, preparing BoQs and timelines, managing contractors and stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with applicable construction and real estate regulations.
